TRIBE was created by a group of friends that have been founders, sold businesses and still run businesses.
From California, we wanted friends that got it. People we could learn from. And a networking group that felt more like a backyard BBQ than a corporate measuring contest.
So we created TRIBE, and a year later are passing 200+ members.

TRIBE is for SMBs, agency owners who are full time in their businesses. We have groups from $500k to $10M. The average member does around $3 to 4 million in revenue per year. We look for ambitious, down to earth entrepreneurs.
Unfortunately we are not for side hustlers or those that don’t have an established business doing a few hundred thousand or more. We are not for anyone trying to promote their services.
We go where members vote to go! This year: Florida for a Golf retreat, Laguna Beach, Boulder, Colorado, New York for the US Open, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming
They meet monthly to get tactical on your business. They work on blockers and goals, talk sales, marketing and team building strategy. They also talk on an emotional level. They meet once a month for an hour and forty five minutes.
The peer groups are led by supportive, former founders who have built and sold businesses. They advise multiple companies and are amazing coaches.
The commitment is once a month, investing in your business. The ROI will be there, we stand by that.

Right now we have a large number of candidates and a wait list. We ask for a 1 year commitment because we want the group to stay consistent in showing up.
Pricing ranges from $3000 for Core, $5000 per year for Local, and $13,500 for Platinum. Prices will likely go up soon. Other membership organizations tend to start closer to $10,000+ per year for a similar offering to Core or Local. We are committed to a massive ROI for our pricing.
